A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Small questions.
Thoughtful answers.
How does the website find my location?+
Choose “Use my location” and your browser will ask for permission. If you have already allowed access, the homepage can use your position on arrival. You can always search for a city instead. We do not use an IP-location service.
Why do the times differ from my mosque?+
The calculation method, Asr convention, location and local adjustments can change a timetable. Your mosque may also display congregation times. Open Calculation settings and check which convention your local community follows.
Can I use Athan for All without an account?+
Yes. The website’s prayer timetable and the mobile app do not require an account. The website calculates prayer times in your browser.
Does the website play the athan?+
The website shows prayer times and a next-prayer countdown. Athan reminders are a feature of the mobile app; this website does not play audio or send notifications.
Is the Hijri date exact?+
The Hijri date is an approximate calendar display. Local observance can differ, especially when establishing Ramadan or Eid. Please follow your local community for those dates.
